Our Guatemalan beans are grown in the Antigua Valley of Guatemala, known for its centuries-old plantations surrounded by volcanic mountains. Harvested at 5,000-6,000 feet of elevation between December and April, these Caturra and Bourbon beans are medium-roasted to create a unique, full-bodied taste with bright acidity.
